Yizumi's Robotic System Wins Annual Excellent Model Solution Award

National Intelligent Manufacturing Development League General Membership Meeting 2015 and “Internet Plus Manufacturing Innovation” Forum was held in Beijing on November 19. Nearly 200 representatives of manufacturers, solution suppliers, industry associations and local leagues, including Yizumi which is a corporate member of the Intelligent Manufacturing Development League, presented themselves at the event.  

Selection of annual awards covering technical fields, such as automation, intelligent equipment, industrial software and electronic information was carried out by the National Intelligent Manufacturing Development League and attracted a large number of enterprises competing for the awards.

The annual awards consist of three categories: solution, intelligent factory and outstanding contribution. “A Robotic Part Removal and Deburring System for FAW” from Yizumi won the  Annual Excellent Model Solution Award and Yizumi became the only award-winning die caster manufacturer.

Many companies participated in the annual awards race; in the end, Yizumi received the award together with well-known companies such as Founder, Huawei, Xugong Group and Beijing Shougang. “As a latecomer to the field of robotics, Yizumi should lead the traditional foundry industry in automation development with technical breakthrough and innovation and product development when China’s intelligent manufacturing is under the circumstances of “parallel development in Industry 2.0, Industry 3.0 and Industry 4.0. Yizumi robotic automated systems not only replace manual labor, but also highly integrate post-processes such as cooling, skim bob removing, gate removing, fine blanking and deburring to achieve fully-automated production with the optimum logistics process,” said Dou Feng, General Manager of Yizumi Robot ＆Automation Technology (Suzhou) Co., Ltd.

At present, Yizumi’s robotics mainly covers foundry and die casting industries and will be applied to automated and intelligent production extrusion molding, injection molding and other areas outside the die casting industry when the technology gets mature. Yizumi will provide highly-efficient automated robotic solutions for the intelligent manufacturing market.
